Formation in our HSECC Congregation is also a journey with God,  which includes Postulancy, Novitiate, Temporary Profession and Continuing Formation as we discern our call to be a Perpetually Professed member. We grow in confidence in the God who walks with us. We grow in our God-given personal qualities while incarnating the life, spirit and Gospel mission and Serving The poor which are our heritage as HSECC Congregation.

The Congregation of HSECC is an apostolic religious community comprised of priests,  brothers and sisters. As priests,  brothers and sisters of HECC, we work, pray, and live united in a common religious life sharing the same history, vows, and spirituality. The culmination of our “yes” to Christ is our profession of vows, committing our lives to Christ forever through the vows of preaching, serving, and obedience according to the Constitutions of the Congregation of HECC.

Some are called by God and through the community to serve as priests and thus, in addition to their consecration as religious, are ordained to the priesthood. Others in the HECC are called to the vocation of brothers and sisters dedicating themselves to life in community and service to the Church.

Together as brothers, sisters and priests in the HECC we share a common life, common prayer, and participate equally in common works.
